If any of you Kossacs are not aware of Negativland, they are a bay area "band", really more of an art emsemble,
who have been making albums since they were actually printed on vinyl. Last thursday I went to a nightclub in Cambridge, MA. called the "Middle East" and saw them perform their latest work, a "radio show" entitled "It's all in your head" I feel compelled to write a review here because the Boston Phoenix reviewer in attendance was so drunk by about 15 minutes into the show, the best he was able to do was this pathetic excuse for a review.

Hey, I know the horse has already left the barn on this. Really, I do, but it still shocks me how far to the right NPR has gone since the Neocon Republican/KKK/Nazi party took full control of all traditional, or "legacy" media.
  For example, Ted Koppel has been their  "senior news analyst" for a while now. Ted Friggen Koppel! He of the bad (fake) hair and softball questions, etc. An oldschool network toadie if ever there was one, and someone whose opinion I would already immediately disregard. Do they have any idea that their credibility is totally gone? Or do they just not care a freaking bit?
 

How dumb are the republican brainwash drones out there? You know the ones. They have never really done an actual search for truth, themselves, so they just parrot all the stuff they are told to think when they watch O'Reilly, or Hannity, or some other right wing whack job, as those are basically the only opinions allowed on television, exept on the Olbermann show. Well, one recently defaced a bumper sticker on my wife's car, and we were just going to put a new sticker over it, but we thought some of you might want to see what the troglidytes out there were thinking, or rather , NOT thinking.

Last night, after listening to a wonderful spring training baseball game, I was assaulted. Not in person, and not physically, but just as surely, and just as shockingly as if a knife were plunged through my heart. My All American baseball loving heart. You see, baseball is not just a diversion for me, it is s way of life, all summer long, every day, for at least the full regular season of 161 games. I am there, listening or watching for every damn one of them. I cannot concieve of living without it, but, due to the poor judgement of my beloved Red Sox, I may have to forego one of the greatest pleasures of my life, listening to baseball on the radio.
